Bill Bojan is the force behind Solomon Kingdom Leadership Center. It is his vision as “downloaded” by God that is the basis for the work we are doing. The essence of leading, governing, and managing well in any field is realizing that this represents a stewardship of God’s Divine authority, intended to produce good fruit for the Kingdom of God. There is a Biblical foundation and basis for how to do this, yet it is not well known, understood, or practiced in today’s business environment. His aim is to better focus on this critical Kingdom truth, and to ensure that our leaders are equipped to courageously lead God’s Way in business as devoted Kingdom disciples and citizens. 

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Alisa Bell is a passionate connector and strategist dedicated to faith-driven leadership. As a Jewish Believer, she draws on Biblical principles to equip leaders for transformative impact. With over 25 years in nonprofits, corporate, and tech sectors, she excels in building strategies for social good and fostering purpose-driven cultures.

Alisa is instrumental in launching the Solomon Kingdom Leadership Center (SKLC), where she is leading the development of the organization and its affiliated Solomon Alliance Network. A committed volunteer with organizations like Woodbury Police K9 Fund, Amplify Mission Network, and Kaleidoscope Teens, she champions servant leadership and Kingdom-aligned accountability. Based in Woodbury, Minnesota, Alisa is excited to advance God's restoration through collaborative, faith-centered initiatives focusing on empowering institutions to lead with integrity and wisdom.
